Put the hard drive in another PC and run an antivirus scan on the entire drive. That should do it.

Been there.I had to reimage the computer.(reinstall windows)youll probably loose everthing on it but thats what I did.
The best thing you can do now is to reload windows and wipe your hard drive completely clean and start again. That way you know you will be starting from a safe base.
Go to symantec.com and run the norton anti virus trial version. It will do a virus scan on your computer from the internet before it loads so you will have a chance to get rid of the nasty little virus.
Once you find the name of the virus you can go to this page to get a tool to remove it.
http://www.symantec.com/norton/security_response/removaltools.jsp
Try doing your anti-malware fighting and downloading/updating in Safe Mode With Networking. That sometimes keeps the malware from protecting itself.
To get into Safe Mode or Safe Mode with Networking:
1.Log out and reboot your machine.
2.When the machine starts the reboot sequence, press the F8 key repeatedly.
3.Select Safe Mode or Safe Mode with Networking from the resulting menu.
4.Login. If the malware has changed your password, try logging in as Administrator. By default, Administrator has no password.
5.The machine will continue booting, but the Windows desktop will look different.
6.When you’re finished doing what you need to do, log out and reboot back into normal mode.
Good luck.
Download onto a flash drive from a clean computer then take the flash drive to the infected computer
Disconnect from the Internet, go to best buy, and buy a CD with Norton (or any anti virus program you prefer), and install it, then scan your computer, if it doesn’t work take it to geek squad and have them fix it,
I use Ubuntu linux so I don’t even worry about it.
Delete cookies, and temp internet files.
In the future go to trusted sites.
Restart your computer in safe mode and anti-virus through that. After scan dig around and make sure all hidden files and folders or showing and rescan a full scan.
It’s possible the you have that Conficker worm.F-Secure developed a diagnostic app that you can use to determine if you do in fact have it.go to:
http://www.confickerworkinggroup.org/infection_test/cfeyechart.html
If you determined that you do have the conficker or a variant then go to CNET at http://www.downloads.com and get these free utilities:
1. McAfee Avert Stinger
2. Symantec W32.Downadup Removal Tool
3. Avast Virus Removal Tool
and scan your PC.
Spyware and adware Protection is put in on a PC by way of an present malware or a Malicious program downloaded whereas sharing information or browsing purposefully-designed, illegitimate websites whose only motive is to trick, trap, and rob you of your money. Yes, of course, by now all of us have come to know that cyber criminals on the market on the earth only have one motive and that is to loot PC/internet users by destroying whatever they can find on their machines with out their intention and consent.
